Pacific Barbell was created and is facilitated by personal trainer (and, honestly, life coach) Jacob Barnhart. Jacob got into fitness early on in his childhood. His mother made some big health changes, and he changed with her. Jacob always excelled in athletics and weightlifting, and he knew early on that he wanted to be a personal trainer.
Pacific Barbell specializes in group and 1-on-1 guided training sessions, but it doesn’t stop there. Jacob believes in overall bodily health and fitness, so he offers accountability and support 24/7 to help you reach all your goals. Whether that is consulting with him on the best protein powders, brainstorming ways to help you sleep, figuring out how to drink more water, or any other health goal you are striving towards, Jacob will do what he can to help.
