Colton's Run
The Run is held in memory of Colton Sherrill, son of Trace and Dena Sherrill. The 10-year old athlete and Durant Main Street volunteer passed away 17 years ago while playing basketball from an unknown heart defect.
The proceeds will be used to provide education in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s), to provide emergency equipment, including but not limited to AEDs, for use by schools and communities, to fund higher education scholarships, and community projects.

Rodeo Parade
We are excited to revive a Durant community tradition with this years Wild West Rodeo Parade!
Join us May 28 at 6pm in the historic district for a rootin tootin time! We will have candy booths set up for the youngins along the route. Be sure to stop in at Market Square to get your autograph and picture with this years amazing PRCA Rodeo contestants following the parade.
