Durant natives Cecily Sehi, the new owner of Merle Norman in Durant, and her general manager, Brandon Peevyhouse, have been hard at work the past couple of weeks perfecting their floor space and preparing to give Durant everything they’ve got.
Cecily has been wearing Merle Norman makeup for as long as she can remember. After the closures of several chain beauty stores in the area, like Stage, Cecily knew that Merle Norman would be the only place in the area that did not sell cheap, drugstore makeup. When she heard the store in Durant was in jeopardy of closing for good, her entrepreneur spirit kicked in and she got to work right away!
Brandon Peevyhouse has been in the makeup industry for 20 years. He is a makeup and skincare guru that possesses the skills to help anyone understand and take care of their skin, whether they wear makeup or not!
