Initially, they were placed in each runner’s packet for Colton’s Run in hopes that the runners would stick around after the race and do some shopping. Chris Hinds, owner of Hinds Western Wear in Downtown Durant, was injured in Friday's bullriding (6-11-10). He was taken from MCSO in Durant to a Plano hospital where he is recovering. He is in ICU and could be in Plano for a while. He continues to improve. He lost quite a bit of blood, and two blood drives are being planned.
